Content and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload and videos you create using Vidrush. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

2. Generated Videos: Videos generated using Vidrush are owned by you and can be used for personal and commercial purposes.

3. Our Platform: The Vidrush platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Vidrush.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Vidrush:

• Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Creating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Generating, requesting, uploading, or distributing NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, fetish, or sexually suggestive content
• Generating sexualized content involving minors, age-ambiguous persons, or exploitative scenarios
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Using the service to generate deepfakes, face-swaps, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading content intended to deceive
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization

Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy when using Vidrush. We may use automated or manual safety systems, including prompt moderation and other content review checks, to block, flag, or remove requests that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or partner compliance requirements.

To report generated content or activity that may violate these requirements, follow the reporting process in our Acceptable Use Policy or email support@vidrush-ai.com with the subject Content Report.

Credits and Payments

1. Credit System: Vidrush operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos.

2. Purchases and Refunds: Purchases and subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law and our Refund and Fraud Policy. That policy governs refund requests, payment disputes, failed-generation credit restoration, and suspected payment fraud.

3. Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the billing frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. You must cancel before the next renewal charge to stop future billing. Cancellation does not create a partial or prorated refund, except where required by law.

4. Statutory Rights: Mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, consumer guarantee, and faulty-service remedies remain available where applicable. The Refund and Fraud Policy explains how immediate digital supply may affect a statutory withdrawal right.

5. Merchant of Record: The legal seller or merchant of record identified at checkout may apply its buyer terms to payment processing, taxes, invoices, and refund administration. Those terms do not reduce your non-waivable consumer rights or your obligations when using Vidrush.

6. Failed Generations: When our systems record a generation as failed before a usable deliverable is produced, the applicable credits will normally be restored. Credit restoration is not a monetary refund.

7. Pricing: Prices are subject to change with notice to users as required by applicable law.

8. Expiration: Credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase.

Privacy and Data Collection

Vidrush collects data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

Termination
