This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Vidrush safely and lawfully. It applies to all prompts, uploads, references, generated outputs, account activity, and API or product usage connected to Vidrush.
Vidrush is an independent platform that may provide access to third-party AI models through its own interface, workflows, and product features. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, Vidrush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those model providers.
You may not use Vidrush to create, request, upload, process, publish, or distribute any of the following:
We may use automated and manual review systems, including prompt moderation and related safety checks, before or after generation. We may block, flag, remove, or refuse requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy, our Terms of Service, or partner requirements.
Anyone may report content or activity that appears to violate this policy, including child-safety concerns, extremist content, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, intellectual-property violations, threats, fraud, or other unlawful or harmful use.
Email our monitored support channel at support@vidrush-ai.com with the subject Content Report. Reports may be submitted by users, rights holders, people depicted in generated content, or other affected parties. You may report anonymously, but we may be unable to request clarification or provide status updates without a reply address.
Include as much of the following information as is available:
Do not download, copy, or email suspected child sexual abuse material or other unlawful material. Instead, provide only the information needed to locate it and contact the appropriate local authority where required.
We aim to acknowledge reports within one business day. Reports involving child safety, credible imminent threats, terrorism, or non-consensual intimate imagery receive priority triage, with an initial assessment targeted within 24 hours. We target an initial assessment of other reports within three business days and resolution within seven business days. Complex cases may require more time; when possible, we will notify the reporter of a delay.
Our process is: receive and record the report, locate the content, assess and prioritize the risk, conduct automated and human review as appropriate, decide and apply any enforcement action, preserve required records, and notify the reporter of the outcome when law, safety, and privacy rules permit.
We keep reporter information confidential except where disclosure is necessary to investigate the report, protect users, comply with law, or cooperate with service providers or authorities. Knowingly false, abusive, or bad-faith reports may lead to restrictions on the reporting party's use of Vidrush.
Violations of this policy may result in:
An affected account holder may appeal a content-safety decision within 14 days of receiving notice. Email support@vidrush-ai.com with the subject Content Appeal and include the account email, the relevant task or creation ID, the decision being appealed, and the reason you believe it should be reconsidered.
We target completion of an appeal within 10 business days. Where reasonably possible, the appeal will be reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision. We will communicate the result unless doing so would compromise safety, privacy, an investigation, or a legal obligation.
This policy is part of and supplements our Terms of Service. By using Vidrush, you agree to follow both documents.
For policy questions, content reports, and appeals, contact support@vidrush-ai.com. Use Content Report or Content Appeal as the email subject so the request can be routed correctly.
